Terms of Service

Adyssey ("we") is operated by UR WORLDWIDE SDN BHD. We provide AI tools that turn text prompts and photos into short videos and soundtracks using third-party AI models. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). Keep your password and connector URL private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One free sign-up bonus and one trial pack per person — creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or trials is not allowed.

Rendering videos and soundtracks spends tokens. The token price of each action is shown before you render.

Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are not refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Top-up tokens do not expire while your account is active. Subscription tokens are credited each billing period; on the Creator and Studio plans unused subscription tokens roll over while your subscription stays active.

If a render fails on our side, the tokens are returned to your balance automatically.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change for future periods with advance notice; existing subscriptions keep their price until renewal after the notice.

You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, sexually explicit depictions of real people, harassing, hateful, or that promotes violence.

You may not create content that impersonates a real person or depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, and you may not use the service to deceive (for example, fake news, fraudulent endorsements or political disinformation).

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of public figures, of minors, or of anyone who has not agreed to appear in AI-generated video.

You may not infringe others' intellectual property, attempt to break or overload the service, or resell access without our written permission.

We may block prompts, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund of tokens spent on violating content.

You keep the rights to your prompts and the photos you upload. Subject to these terms and to the terms of the underlying AI model providers, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. AI output may resemble existing works or other users' outputs; you are responsible for checking that your use does not infringe third-party rights. Where platforms require it, label AI-generated content as AI-generated.

AI output is unpredictable. A render may not match your prompt exactly. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee any particular result, uptime or availability of a specific model.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UR WORLDWIDE SDN BHD's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Malaysia, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
