Questions
What is a token?+
1 token is about $0.01. A 5-second vertical video on MiniMax H3 costs 80 tokens; a 5-second Kling 4.0 1080p clip costs 240. The exact cost is shown on the Generate button before you render.
Can I turn my own photos into videos?+
Yes. Photo → video uses your photo as the first frame (add a last frame if you like). Multi-photo combines up to 7 photos — say your product, a model and a location — into one scene.
Do tokens expire?+
Top-up tokens never expire while your account is open. On Creator and Studio, unused monthly tokens roll over while you stay subscribed.
What happens if a render fails?+
The tokens go straight back to your balance — you don't need to contact us.
Can I use the videos commercially?+
Yes, on every plan, subject to our Terms. Some platforms ask you to label AI-generated content; please follow their rules.
Can I cancel or get a refund?+
Cancel anytime from your account. Unused top-ups can be refunded within 14 days, and subscription charges within 7 days if you've used under 10% — one automatic refund per account. See the Refund Policy for details.
How do I pay?+
Securely through Stripe with Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and wallets such as Apple Pay where your device supports them. Prices are charged in USD.
Do you have plans for teams and agencies?+
Studio is built for agencies (8 renders at once, 20-clip batches). For custom volume or invoicing, email adyssey@cst-sb.com.
