Refund Policy

If a video or soundtrack fails to render on our side, the tokens are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Unused top-up packs can be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of the tokens from that pack have been spent. Partially used packs are not refundable.

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. If you are charged for a subscription and have used no more than 10% of that period's tokens, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the charge. Otherwise subscription periods that have started are not refunded.

Self-service and policy refunds are available once per account. After that, any further refund request is reviewed by our team case by case.

Because every render consumes real compute from our AI providers, we can't refund tokens for renders that completed but didn't match your expectations. Tip: draft on Hailuo 02 (cheapest) before rendering on Kling 4.0.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.

Go to Account → Billing history & refunds and click “Request refund” — eligible refunds are issued instantly. For anything else, email adyssey@cst-sb.com from your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
