Privacy Policy

UR WORLDWIDE SDN BHD operates Adyssey. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and, for users in the EU/UK, the GDPR.

Account data: email address, display name, and a one-way hash of your password (we never store your password itself).

Usage data: your prompts, photos you upload, generated videos and soundtracks, token transactions, and the IP address used at sign-up (to prevent abuse of the free sign-up bonus).

Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and a Stripe customer ID; we never see or store your card number.

To run your account, render your videos, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

To deliver the service we share the minimum necessary data with: fal.ai (runs the AI video and audio models and stores uploaded photos — receives your prompts, photos and videos), Anthropic (prompt enhancement — receives the idea you ask us to enhance), Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies on the app itself. If we add analytics or advertising pixels, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.

We keep account data while your account is open. Generated media links may expire on our providers' storage; download anything you want to keep. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and legal reasons.

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing, by emailing adyssey@cst-sb.com. We will respond within 21 days.

Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, and access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; please use a unique password.
